Operation method
· Using points - Individual benefit budget is converted to points for execution and management

Operation items (Core+Option Style)
· Basic items - Items evenly applied to all employees for health and stability of living
· Legal items - National pension, health insurance, occupational health and safety insurance, employment insurance, severance, and regulatory vacation days
· Common items - Health checkup (self), anniversary, festive holidays gift, living expense and housing financing, group insurance, employee club support
· Optional items - items that can be used freely within the limitation of the individual benefit budget
   1) Self development (private school, book purchasing)
   2) Health care (physical exercise, health drinks) 
   3) Culture leisure (condominium, reports, movie/concert) 
   4) Family time (weekend farm, theme park) 
   5) Livelihood protection (Tuition, family medical bills, automobile insurance)

Standard points allowance
· Even allowance (basic) points as of 2006: 300 points per person
· Differentiated point allowance standard (allowance factors: by number of employment years / by job ranking)
· Points for employees who joined in mid-year are given with fixed rate based on the month of employment

| Loan system

Housing loan interest support
· Qualification
   1) Moving to Seoul area from other regions 
   2) Shortening the commuting distance 
   3) Scheduled to be married. Loan for purchasing and renting house
· Upper limit 
   1) 50MWon
· Support method 
   1) Deduct the interest rate of up to 6.5% from the salary
· Support period 
   1) One year in principle, and can be extended up to three years (reduced by 50% every time it is extended by one year)

Living expense loan
· Qualification
   1) Employees who have worked longer than one year
· Upper limit 
   1) 15MWon
· Support method 
   1) Deduct the annual interest rate of 3% from the salary (Employee must pay the interest rate recognized by tax law)
· Support period 
   1) One year in principle, and it can be extended up to three years (In this case, more than 5%of the principal must be paid every month)
